1️⃣ Do you have an internal critic? What is its favorite phrase? When does it speak the loudest? And if it were a person, what would it look like? How would you describe its personality? >1️⃣ ¿Tiene un crítico interno? ¿Cuál es su frase favorita? ¿Cuándo habla más fuerte? Y si fuera una persona, ¿cómo sería? ¿Cómo describirías su personalidad?

I am an impulsive person; when I act on impulse, I don't weigh the consequences or evaluate the situation beforehand. However, later on—once I can think things through with a cool head—I do take the time to analyze and reflect on my actions and how I might improve. I think that if my inner critic were a real person, it would be my mother; she would likely give me the same advice, and her favorite phrase would probably be, "Think before you act."

2️⃣ What does true rest (downtime) look like for you? How do you give yourself more of it without feeling guilty?

For me, true rest means having a clear conscience—being free of material, spiritual, and emotional debts—and being able to look the people I love in the eye. It means feeling that I’ve given my best each day and working on the areas where I need to improve; honestly, that brings me peace and a sense of fulfillment, allowing me to sleep soundly at night. However, if we’re talking about simple physical, mental, and emotional rest—just downtime, without overthinking it—I’d say going to the hot springs and getting into a mud bath. I did that once and had a fantastic time; in fact, the water relaxed me so much that I slept and rested wonderfully that night.

![image.png](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/carmen1659/23z7Ubt9yddhDY1ScEVhKB2mjzjjr86gMHRGFz7RsLBbQ7C5MtrWWvVjRnH1iZfZL8aDE.png) [Fuente](https://pixabay.com/es/illustrations/ciudad-costera-puerto-barco-10053735/)
