My Actifit Report Card: February 2 2020 一月一次的班次聚餐在11号晚班下线后超哥的带领下举行，这次聚餐和前几次不一样的是选择的地点不一样，首先考虑到天气温度，刚换季凌晨的温度特别低考虑到大家身体健康和菜品很容易凉而且喝啤酒可能会不适应，然后又考虑到夜猫档的家人可以一同参加，最终选择一家大家经常去和喜欢吃的夜市把菜品打包

My Actifit Report Card: February 2 2020 说起炖排骨，我也是自己摸索和听取老妈的建议包括上网搜索得来的经验。主材料是排骨，冬瓜，海带，在加强我决定的厨艺自然称得上是“美味佳肴”！说起来“做饭”自己也就是这两年喜欢上的，感觉很有意思，最初一些“酸甜苦辣咸”的食材让我改变的别有风味，再加上家人的支持和赞扬，让我的成就感爆棚！
