Simultaneously, the constantly evolving landscape of cybersecurity presents formidable difficulties for IT professionals and organizations, encompassing issues like cyberattacks, ransomware, and hacking incidents (Dutta, 2018). The digital divide remains a pressing matter, accentuating social disparities by delineating access to technology, especially in areas like education and employment (Warschauer, 2003). IT professionals frequently grapple with ethical dilemmas, encompassing topics such as software piracy, intellectual property theft, and the development of potentially harmful AI (Moor, 2008). Additionally, the IT industry confronts its own array of professional challenges, including job-related stress, extended working hours, and the constant demand for skill updates owing to swiftly evolving technologies (Broussard, 2018). As IT continues its inexorable advance, these issues necessitate concerted efforts from individuals, organizations, and policymakers to harness its advantages while mitigating any adverse consequences.
