Today I send greetings to everyone in the community. I wanted to share with you a bit of what I did during the morning, since I received a call for help from a friend who has also been selling cachapas for many years and who inherited the family business along with her sister. # The call for help came because my friend currently does not have an assistant for the massive production of dough to make cachapas. As I have already explained, there are several processes that are carried out to produce a "jojoto" mixture suitable for preparing the Venezuelan cachapa. However, the fact that she called me meant, for me, that she was in quite a hurry. To be honest, I couldn't say no. # You won't let me lie — the preparation of the cachapa is a process I have come to fall in love with, and I no longer see it as a burden at all. I started the work of peeling the corn with a constant rhythm, putting on music to release stress and external noise. And the more rhythm the song had, the faster I finished. # An hour passed, and I was already handing over the tools that were provided to me. I left the garbage bags where they belonged, and I told my friend that I was leaving to be able to fulfill my duties at my workplace. Quite beautiful, to be honest, how time flies when you work with purpose. # Thanks to that, today I was able to understand how important it is to win people over when you do your job well, and that is something no one forgets. It is not just about the work itself, but about the trust and the bonds you build along the way. # With nothing more to add, I say goodbye to you, thanking you for your attention and the time to read my publication.
