Wishing everyone a week filled with blessings worldwide. I hope you are all well, healthy, and enjoying the company of your families.

Staying active has always been a form of constant promotion—promotion regarding health, movement, and all the health benefits that come with it.

Some people wait for a doctor to tell them—and even write it on a prescription—that they need to walk. However, I believe it should be a personal choice; we need to do it because we know movement is vital for exercising the body. It ensures our joints, bones, and muscles maintain the mobility they require, and it also allows our organs to get the movement necessary for proper functioning.

For someone who doesn't enjoy exercise, the initial decision to start can be a tough one; as time goes by, they may—or may not—grow to love it and keep going.

A good approach is to start with short walks and then look for groups based on age and activity type to join.

Exercising is essential... a sedentary lifestyle offers no benefits to the body.

Saludos Comunidad
