Based on last year's experience, flooding in our area tends to occur towards the end of the year; heavy rains usually start in October, minor flooding begins in November, and by the middle of November, there is major flooding. I am afraid that might happen again now. I truly hope the floods won't strike our area; please pray that we remain safe from flooding this year and in the years to come. ![1000741565.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/ryanaa/23w2mG88JURgLSP3w65fEDMcBHB1TvdG2abgxvb1BJVx9D7GLs7ZWxMqkdWkEA7VtZcew.jpg) Around 2:00 PM, after lunch, I was feeling a bit low on energy and started to feel dizzy, with a runny nose and a cough. A friend suggested I go to the canteen for a glass of ginger tea; the ginger tea there is well-known, and people often drink it when they start feeling under the weather. ![1000741563.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/ryanaa/2458LNDiXDPGTpeDXBvsaSu3i7hrZ3KeYgFZY9guyGdQJh9YLpxfsAFLmUh818MMzYb9u.jpg) So, I decided to follow my friend's advice right away; I headed down from the third floor to the ground floor and walked toward the back of the office to reach the cafeteria, which was located behind our workspace. When I arrived, I saw a crowd of people—some were having lunch, while others were just sitting and relaxing before work started. ![1000741561.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/ryanaa/23wgFPnY6PomZe6JyKCLFB6bjr7zz1huZXwiBtxj9fKJ6wWP3YETyeTZ7kncCkdybdbUL.jpg) ![1000741560.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/ryanaa/242hYS4qFDNTURNVn8dmw4g5guURwRCPBhskV2CVdip23jM9MTUccNhzNukFBgSpxGJqD.jpg) Upon arriving, I immediately ordered a glass of ginger tea from the server; that was all I wanted—I just wanted to soothe my throat, as I was suffering from a cold and a cough. They promptly prepared the ginger tea I had ordered and would soon be bringing it to my table. ![1000741558.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/ryanaa/EowFBRTHrV4c13G3gJzGzAUG8LsXAc7ftCYVW2j48zRjFvuCsL5iMZWBKKiq7qhGwig.jpg) Not long after, a cup of tea—or rather, a glass of ginger tea—was ready on my table. The color is a bit yellowish like this, And there is also a stem of the juice I think it can be sucked like a pipette. Hehehe I'm just being silly and I'm also curious. What is the content in this ginger tea so I asked the waiter he answered in one glass there is a separate measure that is there is ginger lemongrass there is a little red ginger and also there is lime and don't forget they also add honey for a natural sweetener they don't add sugar at all and the water used is boiling hot water, yes ![1000741556.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/ryanaa/EpA4RPx8jhZu8ZoK3Ri2STmJREVLGtCK9ZRZ46tHGwwxpkhkgmJ2PFhigyLzCsAaB3a.jpg) It turns out those are the spices used in this ginger tea; it seems to contain natural ingredients that the body really needs and that are excellent for our health, so there is no harm in trying it when I’m feeling a bit under the weather. |![1000741567.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/ryanaa/Eq7MLvW3Q4sLvLA5EXVLTvdf8Pa2hYLFk17EH7PYfrNgGBkog9sMkc33EAQXDmXTrys.jpg)|![1000741568.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/ryanaa/EnscKU29vcPMXjdnszuA84zvYvAPkMF4m8cQhrMzqwihDcBnGjL7UeeiUKzAcMgAWLx.jpg) |-|-| I drank it slowly because the tea was hot and it tasted a little sweet and a little spicy and basically it had a spicy taste, it's hard to explain, but what's clear is that when I drank it, my throat felt relieved and my breathing became smoother, because earlier I had a slightly stuffy nose because of the flu, but thank God it's getting a little better. |![1000741555.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/ryanaa/EpC9zeoaAg3ku8WCA3QXdeQK29uartCpkk7H7Rsh4DWMwk7YHK55QnqWgBFzEYPujSt.jpg)|![1000741554.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/ryanaa/EpGR7v6Xf2HEoqzwho8BsM1LhDtGG6doYR3QTogwpsHuhKZoDuc4XQAPR8JcWU7QbcR.jpg)|![1000741566.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/ryanaa/EqL7GkzV6qNaUY71oXwVXnhPK9xqDfh987yAz7hfbqDemdKGz3pTS1kRpvZrfbB21vn.jpg) |-|-|-| Yes, even though it didn't heal immediately, at least my body, which was a little unwell before, is now starting to get better and is starting to get better a little bit. After this, I think I'll have to drink it every day so my body gets healthier. ![1000742351.jpg](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/ryanaa/EoH1MjZANkRgM6RnwkhhgKRKe5euyidaRJbt1nfPW9XPkxmgPToioXLNV7sYKvY3XbN.jpg) *** *** *** ### Thank you 🙂🤗 ### *** *** ***
