I Did It

Today I walked from the car to the beach and along the beach without a cover up - just in my bathers. For me this is a huge step in loving my shape just the way it is.

Even though I know where my body issues come from and even though I know I'm really quite a normal size, I had to take myself from Knowing to Believing.

Today showed a first step in that process.

I'm just sharing because I know loads of us (male and female) have issues about how we look. And I'd like to end this by saying, You're Awesome and I Love You just the way you are.
