Streets of Bogotá (es/en)

Hello, street art enthusiasts. As always, it is a pleasure to share my latest discovery with you, and this one was in Bogotá, the capital of Colombia.

As usual, on Sundays I like to go for a walk and explore new places, and this time I went to La Candelaria, a tourist spot where this capital city was born.

As I was walking and looking around, I came across this beautiful mural. When I saw it, I couldn't help but admire it, and then I took several photos of it, as it was located on a quiet street lined with family homes.

This beautiful work was created by Jean Bentacourt, known professionally as Mr. Garek, who has been living in Bogotá for several years. His works are characterised by painting many human figures with spiritual and natural symbolism, in a very realistic and detailed style, resulting in this vibrantly coloured mural with this beautiful girl openly showing her heart.

It is a mural that personally made me reflect a lot.

Hola amigos de streetart como siempre es un gusto poder compartirles mi nuevo hallazgo, y este fue en Bogotá, Capital de Colombia

cómo siempre los Domingos tengo la costumbre de caminar y conocer nuevos lugares y este vez me fui a la Candelaria, lugar turístico donde nació esta capital.

Y caminando, mirando me encontré con esta hermoso mural que al verlo no pude evitar contemplarlo y luego le tome varias fotos ya que en el lugar que se encontraba era un calle sola donde habían puras casas de familias.

Este hermoso trabajo fue realizado Jean Bentacourt conocido profesionamente como Mr.Garek que reside en Bogotá desde hace algunos años y sus trabajos se caracterizan por pintar muchos figuras humanas con simbolismos espirituales y naturales, con un estilo muy realista y detallado, dando como resultado este mural de colores vibrantes con esta hermosa chica mostrando su corazón abiertamente.

Es un mural que en lo personal me hizo reflexionar mucho.

Bueno, sin más que agregar espero que les haya gustado tanto como a mí.
