Blood Fruit Salad🥗

Today my mother went to the market to buy vegetables. She bought one of my favorite fruits at the market. I show above a picture of that fruit. The shape of this fruit is a bit like that of a barberry. I don't know what this fruit is called in English. In our small town, it is known as blood fruit. It is called a blood fruit because the inside of the fruit is red like blood. The color of this fruit is natural, so it is not harmful to humans. I also know that in some villages this fruit was used to dye clothes.
This fruit is very expensive when it is rare. Some people eat this fruit with salt and chili. I prefer to eat this fruit salad. This salad is simple and delicious. The ingredients for this salad are also simple. First of all, let me tell you about the ingredients.
Ingredients-

1. Blood fruit
2. Sugar
3. A little salt
4. dried chili (if you want to eat spicy)

Step-1

Divide the fruit and branches as shown in the picture.

Step-2

Fruits should be washed thoroughly with water.

Step-3

Add water to the pot and heat. When the water is hot, add the washed fruits to the pot. These fruits do not need to be kept in boiling water for long. 5 minutes or 7 minutes is fine.

After boiling for 5 minutes, the red liquid will appear as shown in the picture above.

Then I take the boiled fruit out of the boiling water.

Add a pinch of salt to the boiled fruit. The fruit is slightly sour. So, I added 2 tablespoons of sugar. If you want something spicy, you can add dried peppers. I do not like spicy, so I do not add chili. Then mix at all.
