@meno, I tried a third time before sending this comment. It did it again at 5 seconds, but tapping pause started it back up. It's like if you do a light tap on pause it doesn't change the symbol back to play. But if you do a hard tap it does go back to the play symbol.
Notice that the 1st recording stopped at 5 seconds and reset, but the pause icon stayed. The second recording did the same at 11 seconds, but when I tapped each a second time on the pause icon they started and kept playing. The problem is intermittent
Also, it may be because I'm having Hive network problems. It's taking 2 or more times for a post or vote to go through on snapie.io and Peakd has been in and out all day for me
Oh not just me โน๏ธ I've been having minor issues with keychain and loading and doing anything on peakd for a while, I'm just trying to be patient as they're probably trying to fix it? ๐

Hopefully that helped understand... in the past, if you kept voting until your voting power was next to 0, your voting value would get lower and lower, and this discouraged people from upvoting if they had already gone a bit down on upvote power. Now it does not matter...
It matters to some extent. I still want to stay above 80%, because if you grind down your voting mana, each upvote costs way more % of it the further down you go. E.g. at 100% a full upvote costs you app. 2%, but at 20% it would cost you maybe all your remaining voting mana (I never tried it out).
Thatยดs the downside of the new regulation of keeping the $-value of the upvotes.

This is sooo factual, honestly.
People would always disappoint whether or not you expect them to do something. Though not everyone have this trait, most people do.
It's better to just zero your mind. Expect nothing but work to get something.
This goes on even in relationships. There are some certain things/behaviour you'll expect from your partner, and when they fail to reach your expectations, you tend to feel disappointed.
I prefer to expect nothing. If someone tells me they would give me something, I would immediately be looking for a way to get it from two or three more persons so that if Mr A fails to give it to me, Mr B or C would not.
And if all fail to give me that thing, then, I move on cause' I didn't expect nothing from them.
Especially during school days.
My mum was always disappointing. when she promised to send me money on Monday I've learnt not to expect it that Monday. It will only deliver 2 to 3 days after. So before then I will find an alternative.๐คฃ๐คฃ

@meno, I tried a third time before sending this comment. It did it again at 5 seconds, but tapping pause started it back up. It's like if you do a light tap on pause it doesn't change the symbol back to play. But if you do a hard tap it does go back to the play symbol.
Notice that the 1st recording stopped at 5 seconds and reset, but the pause icon stayed. The second recording did the same at 11 seconds, but when I tapped each a second time on the pause icon they started and kept playing. The problem is intermittent
Also, it may be because I'm having Hive network problems. It's taking 2 or more times for a post or vote to go through on snapie.io and Peakd has been in and out all day for me

It's being actively blocked? I was wondering why peakd was being so unresponsive when the api's were testing as 100%. They must be limiting the calls? I think I used the correct term, lol. Peakd has been bad most of the day, but Snapie has only been acting up the last couple of hours

Does a 100% vote at 30% Voting Power have the same influence as a 100% vote at 100% Voting Power? Does a 100% vote have the same influence on a new post as on a 6 day old post? ๐ค
I feel like I've heard otherwise before, so I am not sure.
After the last fork, the amount of vote is always the same for the same staked hive (obviously, because Hive price changes, the vote value changes).
But if you do 1 or 100% votes, they will always be 1 or 100% of your maximum voting power (assuming the same staked Hive).
Hopefully that helped understand... in the past, if you kept voting until your voting power was next to 0, your voting value would get lower and lower, and this discouraged people from upvoting if they had already gone a bit down on upvote power. Now it does not matter...

It matters to some extent. I still want to stay above 80%, because if you grind down your voting mana, each upvote costs way more % of it the further down you go. E.g. at 100% a full upvote costs you app. 2%, but at 20% it would cost you maybe all your remaining voting mana (I never tried it out).
