Carrot top, not

There used to be more of me...
Until my master decided to cut and eat me...
But she kept the top part of me,
to see what happens if she kept me on a layer of water...

This was me the day after I was "born"...

A few days after, I was happy that my hair started to grow...

And it kept growing over the next few days...

My master was quite happy to see my hair growing healthily. My hair looked like English parsley she said.
She made sure I had water and changed it every other day...

Over the next few days, my hair continued to grow...

And grow...

And grow some more...

One day after about a week plus...

...my master took a close-up shots of me because my hair was getting a little long...

As I continued to grow, I used up quite a bit of water.

This time, my master was not home and after a day or two, I became too dehydrated...
