Lugares especiales para relajarnos existen muchos y de esto se trata este post de la semana, ÂżCuál es tu paraĂso seguro favorito para relajarte y por quĂ©? Y es que yo amo estar en lugares diferentes, viajar y conocer lugares nuevos, por ello tengo diferentes paraĂsos que disfruta ya que conocer nos desestresa, nos lleva a ver cosas nuevas y sitios que pueden llegar a ser parte de nosotros mismos.
Amo la naturaleza, rĂos, playas, montañas, todo me encanta, es que la naturaleza es tan hermosa que uno no sabe que elegir, y los momentos de relax pueden ser en cualquier parte, sin embargo, cuando me siento que necesito renovar mi mente y desestresar mi cuerpo me gusta mucho conectar con lugares que me llenen de paz como lo es la Colonia Tovar, este sitio me encanta el ambiente fresco y frĂo son de esos climas que me hacen olvidarme del estrĂ©s de la ciudad.
En dónde yo vivo es de esos climas calientes que uno sale a la calle y ya inmediatamente el sol te quema y no provoca salir, por eso prefiero salir en la mañana o ya en las tardes que el sol este bajando porque de resto el sol pega muy fuerte y realmente quema la piel, por lo que prefiero climas más frescos como la Colonia Tovar que queda cerca de donde vivo a unos 45min aproximadamente y uno puede darse unas escapadas fines de semana.
Otra de las cosas que me encanta de la Colonia tovar es la comida, hay muchos lugares donde se puede comer muy rico, y me gustan mucho las fresas con cremas y las frutas que venden en el lugar, todas son grandes y de excelente calidad, asĂ que comprar aquĂ algunos vĂveres y frutas salen muy bien.
Como mi segundo lugar de paraĂso y desestres es la playa, este es otro lugar mágico para poner los pies en la arena o tomarse un bañito a la orilla de la playa con una caroreña al lado y disfrutar ese ambiente que la naturaleza nos regala.

I love being in different places, traveling, and discovering new destinations, which is why I have several favorite getaways that I enjoy—because exploring helps us de-stress, exposes us to new things, and introduces us to places that can become a part of who we are.
I love nature—rivers, beaches, mountains—I love it all. Nature is so beautiful that you don’t know what to choose, and moments of relaxation can happen anywhere; however, when I feel I need to refresh my mind and de-stress my body, I really enjoy connecting with places that fill me with peace, like Colonia Tovar. I love this place—the fresh, cool air is the kind of climate that helps me forget the stress of the city.
Where I live, the weather is so hot that as soon as you step outside, the sun burns you right away, which makes you not want to go out, so I prefer to go out in the morning or in the late afternoon when the sun is going down, because otherwise the sun beats down really hard and really burns your skin. That’s why I prefer cooler climates like Colonia Tovar, which is close to where I live—about 45 minutes away—and where you can take weekend getaways.
Another thing I love about Colonia Tovar is the food; there are lots of places where you can eat really well, and I really like the strawberries with cream and the fruits they sell there—they’re all big and of excellent quality, so buying groceries and fruits here is a great deal.
Since the beach is my second favorite place for relaxation and stress relief, this is another magical spot to sink your toes into the sand or take a dip at the water’s edge with a caroreña by your side and enjoy the atmosphere that nature gives us.
