En enero de 2059 cayó el último bastión del proletariado. Las naciones del sistema colapsaron; la más crítica: Reguetolandia, epicentro del conflicto unipolar.
Un sobreviviente —rescatado en estado fantasmal, con fonética deformada y sin dominio de otros idiomas— murmuró: “Mister, nadie se preocupa por nadie”. Su testimonio, casi ininteligible, complicó la investigación. Protegido por una corte marcial de derechos humanos, mostraba temblores severos: síntoma típico de desintoxicación del caos al ingresar al nuevo orden mundial.

Se analizan dos hipótesis sobre su fuga:

1. Rechazo psicológico involuntario ante el éxtasis y la irresponsabilidad generalizada.
2. Intención subversiva: formar mercenarios y alianzas externas.
   Se descarta su pertenencia a los grupos intelectuales clandestinos que aún se esconden en suburbios antisociales, perseguidos por el régimen.

Diagnóstico internacional:

1. Requetolandia es una tiranía de facto sin estatutos legítimos, con una “constitución” autoproclamada y leyes cambiantes según conveniencia.
2. Su Consejo de Estado incluye un presidente transgénero de turno y un parlamento liderado por ex presidiarios indultados —acusados previamente de violación y asesinato.
3. Zona franca de decibeles: uso indiscriminado de sonido, violando leyes globales de contaminación acústica.

A survivor—rescued in a ghostly state, with deformed phonetics and no command of other languages—murmured: “Mister, no one cares about anyone.” His testimony, almost unintelligible, complicated the investigation. Protected by a human rights court-martial, he showed severe tremors: a typical symptom of detoxification from chaos upon entering the new world order.

Two hypotheses about his escape are analyzed:

1. Involuntary psychological rejection of ecstasy and generalized irresponsibility.
2. Subversive intention: form mercenaries and external alliances.
   Their membership in clandestine intellectual groups that still hide in antisocial suburbs, persecuted by the regime, is ruled out.

International diagnosis:

1. Requetolandia is a de facto tyranny without legitimate statutes, with a self-proclaimed “constitution” and changing laws according to convenience.
2. Its Council of State includes a sitting transgender president and a parliament led by pardoned ex-convicts—previously accused of rape and murder.
3. Decibel free zone: indiscriminate use of sound, violating global noise pollution laws.
4. Nudism and free sex without restrictions in public spaces.
5. Prohibited education. The language is officially deformed; the use of school uniforms and standard vocabulary is illegal. The teacher is considered culturally inferior.
6. Social networks, in “Requetolandés”, are the only legal means of information.
7. Mandatory tattooing of 50% of the skin in the elderly and children, as social identification.
8. Police and army made up of armed gangs from marginal neighborhoods. There are no prisons or courts; The collective purge is approved.

In Requetolandia City, those who reject the “imposed freedoms” are immediately executed. Reading, learning or thinking critically is prohibited. A lawyer was discovered and publicly lynched. On weekends, in the Plaza “Orgia”, the State distributes weapons, drugs, alcohol and live pornographic shows.
