Three Tune Tuesday ~ Fabrizio Moretti ~ Birthday Boy #93

Welcome to my #TTT #ThreeTuneTuesday entry!

Good morning, friends!

This week is going to be a whirlwind for me. Tomorrow I have a bus to catch very early in the morning. I’m going to a ceremony in Porto. I’m going to take advantage of the holiday on Thursday. I know that a lot of people won’t be celebrating the holiday, right, Oleg? Hang in there, friend! I wish you a great conference and good luck with your work.

Being away for five days out of the week clearly requires some planning for the things I’ll need to do during the three days I won’t be as connected. Hive will certainly be one of them, so please excuse my extended absence in advance. I hope to catch up on all the comments you’ve been leaving on my posts.

Today I woke up, and for the first time in a while, I didn’t feel this way anymore… I just wanted to stay in bed longer. My body was sore, and I was exhausted. I think this may very well have been due to the fact that yesterday I ate a meal with more calories, and especially more carbs than I should have. It was already late, and even though I slept better because my stomach was full, I paid the price this morning. Maybe today, I’ll try to fast a little longer to make up for this lack of energy. I’m sure I’ll feel much better throughout the day if I gradually lower my blood sugar and insulin levels naturally and gradually.

It looks like the weather is going to be a lot cooler than it was toward the end of last week. And I might even get a few light showers.

But now, I’m going to get to the main topic of my post and stop rambling on about my day!

Fabrizio “Fab” Moretti, who is celebrating his 46th birthday today, was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and is a member of the band “The Strokes,” with whom he has released six albums. This drummer identifies not as Brazilian, Italian, or American, but as a New Yorker, and has brought a breath of fresh air to the current music scene. From a very young age, he began to make his mark, starting his journey with the drums at age 5, when he began playing. But it wasn’t until high school that he took his musical side more seriously. His very clean and poignant style showcases a maturity that is highly appreciated by the band’s fans.

I’m going to share three songs here that I particularly like from this group, whose performance I saw at NOS Alive 2022!

I hope you enjoy them!
