🥇 Munich Part II : Inside Bavaria's Most Spectacular Palace by @yugadi

The Munich Residenz isn't just a palace. It's the largest city palace in Germany. What began as a modest castle in 1385 slowly evolved over the next five centuries as successive rulers expanded and redesigned it. Each generation wanted to leave its own mark, resulting in an extraordinary mix of Renaissance, Baroque, Rococo, and Neoclassical architecture.

🥈 Escadaria Cuca Macuca - Valongo Romano / Riding Portugal by @onyfest

The location near the hillside greatly facilitates this first contact with the event, with the vegetation of the Serra da Santa Justa surrounding the entire area and creating a natural separation from the city further down in the valley. I didn't have that feeling of entering a typical traditional fair like many others I've had the opportunity to visit. The atmosphere is different, calmer, perhaps because it's a very recent event, and the very presence of the ruins reminds us that this space has an ancient connection to that territory.

🥉 Rabat - the city of the blue fortress, kings and storks by @nikaradeva

One of the top attractions in Rabat is the Kasbah of the Udayas, an ancient fortress that overlooks the spot where the Bou Regreg River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Construction on the kasbah began in the 12th century during the Almohads' rule, and later the Udayas tribe made it their home, giving the fortress its name. Today, the kasbah has the charm of a small, fairy-tale town.
