That is what I understand it to do.
I don't know, I use it mostly for articles online that I want to back up to refer to later.
For longer articles it continues in the comments.
That can be time delayed by the 5 minute posting limit, but you will get the keychain popups when it's ready.
The installation is to click the button on github and drag it to your bookmark bar, from there you navigate to the page you want archived and click the archive bookmark.
Then it produces a popup up, you enter hashtags, if you want, and publish.
It really is beginner easy.
