Preparing for the New Year. Tube with custard.

Hey.
During the preparations for the New Year, I and my girlfriend

decided to make these sweets.
Time takes 2 hours.

Ingredients for the test:

1. A glass of water 0.5 liters
2. A glass of sunflower oil 0,5 liters
3. A pinch of salt
4. A little sugar
5. 2 cups of flour

Ingredients for cream:

1. 9 spoons of sugar
2. 75 ml of water
3. Lemon juice 1 spoon
4. 2 egg whites

Cooking dough.

1. Mix oil and water

1. Add flour

1. It should be such a dough

1. Straighten + cut into strips

I did not have such. I made with cardboard

The dough is curled and baked for 20 minutes

Sugar syrup is cooked for no more than seven minutes.
Pour into pre-whipped proteins.
And whisk again well.
