Globally, I think there are quite a lot of people who would have the same opinion as you – well, desire, rather. As far as I know, OpenAI kind of wants to give all governments around the world access to a future globalistic model of governance. The idea itself would be good, but the problem is that censorship would be established and we would all be practically much more monitored in society than we are now.

I have nothing against your opinion. I actually resonate with it, but if you think about it carefully, you'll find that even bigger problems can arise.
