Weird. I don't see any reason for it in my history?
Happens when you withdraw Steem and then switch to SBD to fast.
The system bugs out, but will restore a couple of seconds later.
Refresh your browser a couple of time, it should switch back.
Just make sure to give the system some time to update before initiating the next transaction.
