Back then there were no means - every time a relative came to the big city, we used to host them in our house. No hotels or airbnbs..

Very similar to what I experienced, what was happening in Romania. It is not the first time that I see a similarity between Romanians and Greeks, when I see with pleasure a similarity and even a mutual appreciation.
