Perhaps the biggest expense for anyone is their shelter. Rent or mortgage, it tends to consume a large portion of an individual's income. Based on several indicators, it’s a confirmed fact, that most cities are in the territory of unaffordability. It takes up way too much of the average household income. That will eventually catch up with them, and the burden will become too heavy.

Very insightful. Thanks for this. I hadn't realized how pervasive this was all around the world. I had the impression it was a bubble here in the US, and it is, but it's so much worse in so many other places.
When sheeple finally wake up , they’ll find themselves sleeping 😴 in a cardboard box under the expressway . Thanks for the info .
