Market Friday

A post for Market Friday hosted by @dswigle, if you haven't followed her yet you should she is one of the kindest and most supportive people here on Hive, a comment from her is like a ray of sunshine on your page.
This is the one tag and challenge that I always make a point of joining, and also look through the posts of others that join the challenge and seeing markets from all around the world.

For this weeks post, I am sharing a few shots of the shops in a small Town of Marion MA, well small in population but large in character as I hope these shots will show

Marion is the town that has Silvershell beach that I have shared a post from, each time I have bene there I drive past these shops and on this last visit there I decided to stop and check out the shots and get some new photos for a Market Friday Post

What caught my eye as I was editing this photo is the circle with a cross on the building to the right of the image, I don't think it caught my eye when taking the photos but I think it is the sun reflecting off something on the other side of the street but I am not sure what I will admit I am curious and the next time I head this was I will be taking a look to trying and work out what it is

Its a small little area of shops, but has an inviting feel to it if it makes sense, I would have bene intrigued to go and check out the Arts in the Park Event, but as it was the day after my wife had a tooth extracted, she wasn't really up to doing much and I didn't want to leave her home alone so I skipped the event.

It does have a General Store as you can see in the next Image, alas it was not open when I was there so I could not go in and check it out

Cross is really cool. I like the shadow on the general store too. The effects of natural light are interesting to catch and I agree you often don't see them until the editing room.

Yes, you are so right. What a character there. Love places like that. Beautiful in every way.
The reflection is pretty cool 😎
It looks like it consists out of more parts. I would be curious too to find out what created it.
Extra bonus with your beautiful photographs.
Have a wonderful Friday! Enjoy the day 👋🏻☀️

You are welcome @tattoodjay 😁 always.
How is your wife’s tooth ache? Hope all good now.

Yes, sounds like a plan. It looked almost something was shining from across through something on the other roof. Metal most likely. Pretty cool 😁😎

I think it is a wonderful town, it gives me that hometown feel we all look for when we are ready to settle with family and life. It looks like one of those forever towns, do you know what I mean? I can walk through and not really know what year it is. My idea of perfection.

That reflective image sure is interesting. I really do wonder what it is? Something metal or more likely glass? I will have to wait until you reinvestigate! :)

Sorry to hear abouy Lulu and the problem with a tooth. The best thing about your mouth is it is a quick healer. I hope today brought relief to her. Look at this, Jj! It is alrady mid-July! Where has the summer gone! It is rounding the halfway point here! I am just getting used to the warmth.

I am trying to remember where Marian is in proximity to you. Not very far, right? I do love how you can roll from one town to the other, the seaside vibe following you are you go. Such a lovely part of the country and thank you for all the wonderful views that you see every single day.

What a life! :)
