I normally end Friday with a WTF, but this is where I am starting this evening because what the fuck does it matter?
1. Trying Too Hard
I don't know about you, but while I am sure that the bits of it that aren't AI generated were mazing to shoot, it just feels like a bigger version with more stars of what has been done multiple times before.
And one thing I would like to know is, who in the world likes Kim Kardashian??
2. World Cup of Crap
While I am not an avid follower of football, much like the Olympics, I like to follow the Football World Cup - where unlike the World Series of Baseball, the whole world really does compete. This year, it is split across Mexico, Canada, and the US and will have forty eight countries represented, rather than the normal thirty two.
I think that is a mistake.
Rather than the best countries in the world, a quarter of all countries in the world will compete. Depending on who gets matched up with who, there are likely to be some significant blowouts.
Not that anyone will see it in the stadiums.
Because apparently, the ticket prices are so incredibly high, no one can afford to buy them. On top of that, the entire world has been thrown into more Trump-led turmoil with the war in Iran. Which really should raise the question, if Russia can't qualify for international sports for starting a war, why can the US?

We are very short country and it is only in the 1982 we went to the world cup, we hope one day will go.
Have been playing and watching football for years, but this time, the hype isn't the same as usual. Primarily because of the Trump driven diseases. Especially in Pakistan, everyone is facing severe inflation these days. The hype is not the same as it used to be. Like before Covid-19, we used to watch it on big screens. Nowadays, there is not a single such screen advertisement. Mexicans, the educational community, are protesting against inflationn and for their salaries hike, with placards against the WC. Moreover, if it comes to starting war and getting banned, I guess lots of countries are not going to play the World Cup or any other international competition.
Crypto is now scaring me. Half of my hope is already shattered. Saying usual chants that it is time to buy more is getting old now. Not an expert, but since Trump's taking over, I have only seen the bearish(est) markets. Although people do claim that the crypto market has survived much worse, but this time, it feels different. Just a hunch. When it comes to Hive, every month my HP's dollar price go down rather than going up, even after staking everything. xD!
Btw, I had to google Kim Kardashian, and I didn't had any idea about her. But onr thing is for sure, I am safe for now :)
One last thing, I don't know why everything is still revolving around Trump x the USA in my opinion. The new world is still far, far away.
I am bit even sure if I will get to see any games, given the time differences. I normally like watching with my daughter.
Hive is looking pretty in the toilet but hey, that's crypto.

New world might never arrived, as we keep doing the same things that made the current world.
Apparently advanced medical drones carrying defibrillators and EpiPens will be deployed at the World Cup this year. It seems it's become quite common in recent years for spectators at games to have heart attacks. I wonder why.

Because Friday is the blessed day for all the Muslims. This day has a whole vibe in itself. Thats why i love Friday and i feel myself very energetic every Friday.
I am tired because of my sleeping schedule, night sleep is complementary but I am ignoring that... Need to do work on it.
WHY WHY WHY???I bought 100 Hive last morning just because it was around at 0.054$ per Hive, I had plans to place a buy order at 0.05$ per hive but I assumed it may not go down, but I touched 0.048$ and now again at 0.051$; I might get 5 more.
Everything is going down, and I wonder where all the money in the world is flowing 🙄
Soccer has grown too much. Despite with 48 teams we will get a few boring matches, I think we will get some surprises too.
Surprises are always welcome. I hope one of them is Australia beating US :D

Crypto markets are experiencing a correction ;) Could be an early signal of what is going to happen after the massive IPOs we have of the Elon's SpaceX and Anthropic...
They have been "correcting" for years already :D
What do you think about the IPOs? Going to be huge, and then?
And then I think that there is going to be a dump. Anthropic has more potential than space x in my mind, but it is also going to be priced in.
Still 10+ years from now I am not going to bet against Anthropic.

The story of my life- Hive presents insane opportunity to get more Hive but I don't have enough money to buy it. And since I plan to make those prints of my pieces it seems that I will not have any spare money for a while. just 12 A3 prints will cost me 216(?) eur..
That is really expensive. Is that done locally or online?
In a few cities of Lithuania. That is on some good quality paper. If I would get prints on canvas it would be even more expensive.
World Cups of Football and Cricket have become a media circus. The true spirit of these game has lost somewhere in sponsors' pockets. The focus often shifts away from the game to controversies. The betting mafia keeps manipulating the results. Only a small numbers of honest players are keeping the spirit of these games.
Cricket news doesn't reach Finland :) Not even sure if the WCofC is a big thing in cricketing countries anymore.
You are partially correct. A lot has changed in cricket over the last two decades. India is the leading country in cricket now. Infact, India is the dominant economic force. Billions of dollars are involved in the game and these are other than streaming, sponsorship, advertising revenue.
The World Cup is going to be a shit show logistics wise. It already is actually. The story will not be what takes place on the field. It will be all about the crap off the field.
I am not sure it is ever a good idea to split an event this large across three countries.

It's not just ticket prices everything suddenly has become more difficult to buy. Just hope tht we do not end up in another debt cycle 🙃🙂
