I have the impression that the Inleo interface has a lot of bugs and in many cases various functions don't work... and support on Discord isn't responding to me...
Also, being a premium does not guarantee any special treatment.

Things keep changing. If we buy the premium we do it for the love and support for the platform. You might get support but it's not guarantee.
Your premium checkmark is not next to your username yet. You can make a thread with the feedback hashtag or you report in the INLEO Discord server to fix your premium checkmark.
Also, the curation team checks the quality of the posts before upvoting.
