Not that morning, no. But she's my house cat so I do pet her regularly.

I'm so jealous..😻 i used to feed one cat like her but she only wanted pets on her head.
Our old kitty passed away over a year ago, and I've been wanting to get one for a long time. We were finally ready, and a friend connected me with someone who had a friendly stray, and here we are! She's still rather skittish, startles easily. But every day she's getting a little braver - like coming to the doorway of our bedroom now seeking attention. 🤣 She doesn't come inside our room yet, but she's close 🤣🤣
I'm sorry for your loss!
There is a posibility of be scared by random events with people before. Most of the stray cats are defending themselfs by keeping distance. One step at the time!

Aww she's pretty. I'm sorry you've not seen her in a while. I hope it's because she found a loving home.
I have that hope too because my neighbours aren't cat friendly.
