Topic of this Episode – Flirting
This actually might be one of my favorite episodes yet. We were in such a good flow and rhythm that we ran a little over time! Usually when an episode is running long, we decide to break it into two parts - but we just felt like going this week! This episode is around 30 minutes instead of the usual 20.
Ok... back to flirting. This was honestly SUPER fun to chat about. It's pretty common for girls to talk about all about guys they like - but not really how they flirt with them! I don't think either of us have every verbalized that before - so it was pretty interesting to dig into.
We definitely don't hold back in this episode, and I hope you guys enjoy it!

What is the Steem Sister Show All About?
We aim to bring more “non-crypto” related content to the Steem Blockchain. Although there is nothing wrong with this kind of content (@corsucate even posts on crypto related material sometimes) – we want to help create a better onboarding experience for new users. We talk a lot about attracting new users to the platform – but if the trending page is filled with crypto posts and flagging wars, they are likely to lose interest quickly.
We hope that by creating content that is more similar to what they are used to seeing on other social media sites – they will feel more excited about being here and creating content of their own!
How Does It Work?
We pick a different topic every episode, and then throw totally random questions about that topic in a hat and go back and forth. We always have a mix of our own questions and some audience questions. Our rule is that we cannot tell each other our answers before filming! So you guys are getting our raw, unfiltered reactions here.
Every episode we announce the next week’s topic so people can submit questions.

Not sure why this popped into our heads for an episode idea - but we are going to roll with it! One of my favorite things about this show, is that we often have pretty crazy ideas for episodes and have no idea how they will turn out. They really end up being shaped by you and your questions. This episode could end up being lies we've told and have felt ashamed about, white lies we've told, stories of people who have lied to us.

I once spelled out the title of a special song in colorful M&M's I got from the first Halloween with an ex on her bed. I added a heart with red ones underneath with the bonus of our initials M & C within it by scraping the middle of the M off and turning it sideways. I also had a little trail of M&M's to her bedroom. Much success in Borat speak. Too bad she turned out to be insane later on :(

Firstly extended episode... YES! Secondly, the word 'alivened' is so perfect to explain that flirty-zone. So good! It's so about the energy you put into the other person.
I totally agree with Lea about the FriendZone not being a thing. I've had a few male friends complain about it, but I really think it's because they're not being exciting or flirty themselves... I'd say maybe half of my girlfriends were friends first... and with my partner we were probably best friends for a year before we got together... and our friends were either 'Yes, I knew you'd get together' or 'Oh, I thought you guys were already together', haha.
This was so fun... and I'm so happy the SSS is crushing it vote-wise... so exciting!

As an IT guy, I feel like I'm lying all the time, and I'm not deliberately being deceptive, it's that I'm literally working out the answer while I'm talking... but yeah, it means I'm often saying 'Yeah, I think we can do that' without actually knowing if that's true.
Have either of you told someone something professionally, that turned out not to be true, and caused a big fuss?
Wow!...thanks for answering my questions in this episode. Great topic for next episode, we need to accept the fact that everybody do tell lies but we always have one or two reason in doing it. Logic as one of the branches of philosophy which deals with good reasoning try to find answer to this as well. My questions goes thus;

Can you think of a time when someone told you the truth but you wished they'd lied?
I was often bemused by my daughter, when she was a kid, because she'd tell me the truth about something and get into trouble and I found myself thinking . . . why didn't you just lie?
It was only little things but even so.
I never had the same problem with my son! He and I are more alike. 😂
