Currently there are many queues in steemlike.
So, steemlike policy updated.
1. Request amount limit. ( -5%, over the max amout)
e.g. Location : 0.1 ~ 4 SBD, ±215%
| Request amount | Rate | e.g. |

| ~ Max | follow current rate | 4 SBD * 215% = $8.6 |
| Max ~ | current rate - 5% | 5 SBD * 210% = $10.5 |
2. Multiple requests limit. ( -2%, within 12 hours)
- Reduced by 2% if multiple requests are made within 12 hours.

| 2018.06.05T23:00:00 (after 14h) | follow current rate | 4 SBD * 215% = $8.6 |
3. Add Rate for small SBD (+5%, 1 SBD or less)
e.g. Location : 0.1 ~ 4 SBD, ±215%
