I'm just confirming whether multiple accounts are allowed or not; I'm not saying I have multiple accounts. Those are two different things. If they are allowed, what method is used to verify them?
Obviously, it's your hard work, and for some reason, if your account gets on some whale's radar, they just keep downvoting your posts. So what can you do? That's why I asked in Advanced if it's possible to create multiple accounts. Do you allow it? Yes or no? If yes, what is the verification method? Per the HW definition of abuse, it is not abuse to have multiple accounts unless they are used to exploit/abuse (like deceiving the community for the rewards).

Accounts "soulmist", "xnotanam" & "straynoctis" were blacklisted for failure to verify with legitimate social media.
