How fast we forget humanity online
i dont even know when this started honestly but the way people talk online now just feels off like something quietly changed and no one really noticed or maybe everyone noticed but just didnt care enough to say anything and now it just feels normal which is the weird part. you open your phone for a few minutes and someone is getting dragged someone is being laughed at someone is clearly upset in the comments and others are just adding more to it like its some kind of game and im just sitting there scrolling through it like this is fine like this is just how things are now not sure why i thought that but yeah it actually feels normal.

i remember one small thing a few days ago i was sitting in a shop waiting for my turn just casually scrolling and there was this video of a guy messing up while speaking on stage like he forgot his words nothing serious just a small human moment but the comments were brutal people calling him dumb useless cringe like he didnt even deserve to be there and i just kept reading without reacting like it didnt even surprise me and i think thats the part that bothered me later not the comments but how normal it felt to read them.
because if that happened in real life like right in front of me i wouldnt react like that i wouldnt just laugh or insult someone for messing up id probably feel awkward or even bad for them maybe look away or try not to make it worse but online its like something switches off like empathy just disappears or logs out or something and suddenly its easy to say things you would never say out loud.
anyway sometimes i catch myself doing it too like typing something sarcastic or judging someone i dont even know and then i pause for a second and think would i actually say this to their face and the answer is almost always no so why does it feel so easy here maybe its because theres no reaction no eye contact no silence after the words just text and move on and people forget or maybe ignore that theres an actual person on the other side feeling all of it.
and then theres this thing where once one person starts being harsh others just follow like a chain reaction you scroll and see hundreds of mean comments and your brain just adjusts to that tone like ok this is how we talk here now so you match it without even thinking twice and thats kinda scary how fast it happens like no pause no second thought just automatic.
sometimes i wonder if we are slowly becoming like this in real life too just hiding it better or maybe online is just exposing what was already there i dont know which one is worse honestly not sure if that makes sense its just strange how a simple screen can make someone feel less real and how quickly we adapt to that feeling like really quickly maybe too quickly…

Obviously, it's your hard work, and for some reason, if your account gets on some whale's radar, they just keep downvoting your posts. So what can you do? That's why I asked in Advanced if it's possible to create multiple accounts. Do you allow it? Yes or no? If yes, what is the verification method? And lastly, if anything I've said has offended you gi then I apologize to you in advance
Per the HW definition of abuse, it is not abuse to have multiple accounts unless they are used to exploit/abuse (like deceiving the community for the rewards).
