Apparently Steemit is NOT charity friendly. Shutting down Fundraising campaign due to flags.

We understand the perspective that this portal to donate to charity is considered to be spam by some members of the Steem Community.

It sure would have been nice to have a warning before hundreds of dollars of rewards were taken out of our funds. In the big picture, such a loss is near meaningless. From a smaller perspective, that's enough money to provide for a family in need for weeks.

So it is. Shutting down and redirecting our Steemit fundraising methods to an avenue considered more acceptable, or at the very least an avenue that is invulnerable from malicious destruction of funds. https://smartsteem.com/.
