Beef steak
Serve for three

Ingredients: Cow underwheat half a kilo, ginger paste 1 tablespoon, garlic paste 1 teaspoon, salt to taste, one tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 table-spoon, papaya bata (tablespoon), 2 tablespoons of white pepper, half teaspoon , Talk yogurt 3-4 tablespoons

Procedure: Take a slice of the meat and take a little smile with the hammer. Keep all the ingredients with the meat for 15-20 minutes. Then the pieces will be spun off in a dip of boiling water. Serve with mashed potatoes or french fries.
