Urgent Help: 10-15 Fish Dying Daily with Swollen Scales and Ulcers

Hello Hive community!
I am facing a deeply distressing situation with my fish pond. Over the last few days, about 10 to 15 fish are dying every single day.
With my background in agricultural education, I have been observing the affected fish very closely to understand the root cause. I have noticed some specific and alarming symptoms before they die:
Scale Protrusion: The scales of the fish suddenly swell up and stand out like pinecones.
Scale Loss: After swelling, the scales start falling off their bodies.
Ulcers/Lesions: Severe, ulcer-like sores develop on their skin where the scales have fallen off.
Ultimately, the fish succumb to these conditions and die.

I am urgently reaching out to the aquaculture experts, veterinarians, and experienced fish farmers in this global community. My specific questions are:
What specific disease causes these exact symptoms (swollen scales, scale shedding, and ulcers)? Is it Dropsy, Epizootic Ulcerative Syndrome (EUS), or something else?

What immediate treatments, medicines, or pond management methods should I apply to stop this mortality and save the rest of the fish?
Your cooperation and expert advice are highly needed right now. Any guidance on the correct medication or water treatment will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
