Disconnecting from reality I believe is essential, especially for our mental health. The focus on our personal goals materializes better when one detaches from the everyday things that make up daily life. But there are situations, occasions, where we can’t just turn a blind eye, and beyond the fact that we can’t solve different issues, I always say that through a prayer, a rezo, sending good vibes and, of course, if you can offer some kind of material help, it’s more than welcome. That’s why today I’m echoing the information circulating across all social media in Argentina and venimos a decir in the world.
El Niño.
