Hello everyone! Today I want to share a wonderful day of family hiking around Monte Santa Tecla. There's nothing like combining outdoor exercise with the company of the ones you love most. Walking trails surrounded by history and with those brutal views of the Miño river mouth not only strengthens the body but recharges the soul with positive energy. Moving together is pure happiness!

La gran protagonista de nuestra aventura fue, sin duda, nuestra amada Perlita. A sus 16 años, Perlita nos sigue sorprendiendo con su fuerza y vitalidad. Es increíble verla subir cada tramo con alegría, husmeando todo y demostrando que la edad es solo un número cuando hay ganas de explorar. Ella es una verdadera guerrera, un ejemplo de resiliencia y ganas de vivir que nos inspira en cada paso que damos juntos.

The star of our adventure was, without a doubt, our beloved Perlita. At 16, Perlita continues to surprise us with her strength and vitality. It's incredible to see her go up each section with joy, sniffing everything and proving that age is just a number when there's a desire to explore. She is a true warrior, an example of resilience and desire to live that inspires us in every step we take together.

Más allá del ejercicio, este día fue una oportunidad invaluable para conectar y disfrutar de la presencia del otro. Vivimos momentos de risas, conversaciones y simplemente admirar el paisaje en silencio. Este tipo de experiencias fortalecen los lazos familiares y nos recuerdan la importancia de dedicar tiempo de calidad a quienes más importan. Compartir estos momentos nos llena de paz y gratitud, un bienestar que va mucho más allá de lo físico.

Beyond the exercise, this day was an invaluable opportunity to connect and enjoy each other's presence. We experienced moments of laughter, conversation, and simply admiring the landscape in silence. These types of experiences strengthen family bonds and remind us of the importance of dedicating quality time to those who matter most. Sharing these moments fills us with peace and gratitude, a well-being that goes far beyond the physical.

Como dice ese genial letrero de neón que encontramos al final: "El amor puede esperar, el hambre no". Pero en nuestro caso, el amor incondicional es lo que nos mueve, y Perlita es la personificación de ese amor. Su presencia cariñosa y su espíritu alegre traen una luz inmensa a nuestras vidas.
