OCD Daily: Issue #213
OCD DAILY - Issue #213
Welcome to the 213th issue of @OCD Daily!
Issue #213 highlights content from ten (10) Steemit Content Creators! The OCD team continues its search throughout Steemit to find you the undervalued gems, as provided by relatively new users.
Today our curators bring you ten fresh pieces of original content! OCD strives to find works that are created by newer Steemit users, that may not have the audience with which to share their quality content. We strives to help provide that audience, and intends to showcase Steemit users who put in the extra effort to create creative, original content.
A curator will FIND a piece of work (typically from newer users). Within 24 hours that piece has been submitted from the curator to the @OCD team, curator votes are tallied, and the pieces with the most votes are included in the compilation.
We encourage you to visit these blogs and show these great Steemians your support and encouragement.
All of the content as chosen by our curators is undervalued, but there is always one piece that rises to the top. That piece is seen as universally appreciated and valued making it OCD’s Top Nomination of the Day.
Today's top nomination is from @jasonbu. In his post we are taken on a trek with his family along the Bruce Trail, which lies within the Niagara Escarpment. At times the journey was challenging, but we are treated to many wonderful photographs and a short video through the Black Creek.
-curated by @gmuxx
Our next nomination comes from @kymio. He was invited by a friend to visit and sketch the Thean Hou Chinese Temple. He did justice to the detailed and vibrant surroundings and shares a timelapse of his artwork along with several photographs.
-curated by @howtostartablog
Up next is a gem of a post by artist, poet, and musician @yidneth. Firstly there is an haunting song called Northern Lights to listen to while you check out the beautiful artwork - including the design process. Finally we are treated to the song lyrics and poem. Beautiful work.

Our next nomination is from @naysayer, who shares with us a review of the PS4 game Horizon Zero Dawn. They describe the game as visually impressive with a great storyline, fantastic gameplay and soundtrack. Click below to read more.

@innocentabroad is our next nomination who shares four travel experiences in India and discusses how they discovered their passion and motives for travelling. Click below to learn more.

@malos is the author of our next nominated post. In it he documents the dire situation in several states in Venezuela - where power blackouts can last for as long as six hours, only for the grid to come back to life for two or three hours before the next blackout.
-curated by @normalbro
Next up we have a post by @fishmon, who decided to ask his dog to model for him. Crono - the dog - took a little persuading but, with the help of some pieces of salami, @fishmon managed to capture some wonderful photographs. Click below to put a smile on your face.

With the username @sustainablyyours, it comes as no surprise that they should share a post about making plant pots from recycled newspaper. Click below to learn the technique for yourself and do your bit to help the planet.
-curated by @jznsamuel
Our next nomination is a travel post by @csalupado. Last summer she visited Souel, South Korea with five friends, and shares with us their experiences and lots of great photos. They sure look like they had a great time.

Our final nomination is from homesteader @mountainjewel. In this post we learn not only how to grow the perfect salad, but also how to make the best dressing to accompany it. Click below to learn more.
