Do you know this fruit? 🍈 Fruit Vegan "Meat" 🙀

This photo was taken during my visit in Tropical Fruit World in Australia. This is the largest tropical fruit! A ripe jackfruit is sweet and tastes like chewing gum 😃 But immature jackfruit is a vegetable and ...has a taste and texture of meat! We can fry it.
Today I prepared delicious vegan dinner with jackfruit. I used it in the canon version.

Have you ever eaten fruit "meat"? Would you like a recipe for it?
