The largest blockchain event in Nigeria titled the steem(it) in Nigeria event is back again, this time bigger, better and wider. Last year, we were focused on awareness, this year, it is more about expansion and better community building.

November last year, we conquered Osun state, Nigeria, this year, we are taking the "fight" for a decentralized future for everyone to the heart of the nation, we are taking the fight to Abuja, the Federal capital territory.

When we made the first announcement earlier this year, we felt there was no better place to be than in Abuja and never for once did we ever regret choosing Abuja.

So far, we have made a lot of progress and while we are grateful, we feel there is still room for more growth and improvement. I invited some of my people to become a part of the team and working with them on this project has been amazing. We have made several trips to Abuja to prepare for the event and as the time of writing, @ehiboss the founder of the event and @illuminatus are in Abuja liaising with some people in the Abuja community towards executing a flawless event.

This year, for the first time ever, we have a West African steem blockchain event playing host to people from several countries and there is room for more. This is not just a project or an event, it is the game changer to move Nigeria and Africa to the next level. With millions of people either out of jobs or being employed and yet heavily cheated, they need to know that investing in cryptocurrencies serves as a future advantage to them.

Also, it is time for investors and business moguls to realize that there is a blockchain approach to business and one blockchain in particular stands out among others and that is the steem blockchain. The aim of this year's event can be categorized into three, Regrouping, Rebuilding and Investing into the ecosystem.

We are the team who have worked through the thicks and thin of life and are willling to do what it takes to bring people into the platform and make a major change.

We have been working round the clock with teams like @wafrica, @steemexchanger and so many others to provide an awesome event.

Sample design shirt for the event, there are polos and other designs available too.

Sample ID card for the event.

The previous event spurned so many other related blockchain meetups and steem evangelism which ushered in so many people.

What do we need?
Support is never too much. We have budgeted about $9,000 for the success of this event, and we cannot come to the table empty handed. We have generated over 1,100 steem so far and more is needed towards the success of this event.
All donations should be made to the @leadent360 account.
Special shoutout to @donkeypong, @ausbitbank, @demotruk, @surfyogiamong others (who I cannot list as this list will be endless) for their amazing contribution towards the success of this event.
