ONE YEAR ON HIVE (AND I ALMOST FORGOT!) 😁

One year on Hive (and I almost forgot!) 😁
Well, apparently today marks exactly one year since I joined Hive!
And the funniest part? I had completely forgotten about it. If Hive hadn't reminded me, I probably wouldn't have noticed at all. I honestly can't believe how quickly this year has gone by....

On October 17 2025 I published my first introduction post as a Polish truck driver who loves photography. At that point I had no idea what to expect from this platform. And here I am, one year later!

During these twelve months I've shared quite a few photographs and stories from my travels across Europe. From big cities and historical buildings to nature, small towns and whatever else happens to catch my attention during my journeys.

I've also had some nice surprises along the way. I managed to take first place in PhotoFeed photography competitions quite a few times, appeared among Hive's top-earning authors in the May rankings and recently won a HivePosh Threads contest.
I have to admit I didn't expect all of that when I first joined. 😁

And there's one more thing I hadn't expected. Hive actually motivated me to create my own website and start blogging there too. That's how Lady Truck View came about. It's still a work in progress, but it's growing and I have plenty of ideas for what I'd like to do with it next.

Over this past year I've also met some interesting people here and I've noticed that some of you regularly come back to my posts, leave comments and follow my travels. And I really appreciate that!
So, thank you to everyone who has visited my blog, supported my photographs or simply stopped by for a little chat.

I'm certainly not running out of places to photograph or stories to tell, so I guess you'll have to put up with me for another year. 😁
And hopefully next October I'll actually remember my anniversary without Hive having to remind me!
