Crecimiento capilar
¡Queridos Steemians! ¿Quieren que su cabello crezca más rápido, que deje de caerse y tenerlo más fuerte?
¡Les tengo la solución!
Les dejaré aquí los datos de lo que yo he hecho (Y me ha funcionado).
1- Aplicar aceite de romero en el cuero cabelludo durante 1 hora antes de lavarlo.
2- Una vez cada dos semanas aplicar un aguacate en las puntas y dejar actuar por 2 horas antes de lavarlo. O miel de abeja en las puntas. Cualquiera de las dos opciones les restaurará las puntas.
3- Lavarlo bien dos veces por semana, siempre con agua fría o a temperatura ambiente NUNCA CALIENTE y masajearlo suavemente.
4- Dejen que se seque y no lo peinen mojado.
5- Cuando esté seco péinenlo con suavidad, sin arrancarlo.
6- Consumir mucho aguacate, romero, zanahoria, tomillo y granos.
7- En las noches hacerse un tejido (trenza), es un secreto ancestral.
Si su problema es de caída o están apareciendo las entradas (con los hombres) apliquen el aceite de romero en su cuero cabelludo durante 2 o 3 horas antes de lavarse el cabello. Si quieren acelerar el proceso al romero aplíquenle la baba del Aloe vera (sábila).
