A colourful fruitcake

I have made this colourful cake for my brother who likes these fruity treats. The basis is a simple sponge cake that I layer with fruit jam and vanilla pudding. The decoration can be any fruit that you have at home. It is really yummy...

I have made both pictures with my iPhone smartphone.
