My Actifit Report Card: April 27 2026
Physical therapy was kind of brutal for me today. Sixty bicep curls are rough, even though the weight was lighter it was still a bear. Them did some rows and some lat pull-downs which both felt very good.
Then working on the knee exercises felt decent as well. Getting the weight on it is a good start and I can feel myself making the progress, which is always great, I should be playing disc again by June, at least I hope so...
