My Actifit Report Card: April 22 2026
Today was a good workout in physical therapy. They included the rows, lat pull-downs, straight arm pull downs, along with sixty curls that became rough!
There was also some shoulder presses and then some wall work for the rehab, my shoulders were burning!
Then with the knee I was able to go a little lower then previously, which was good without pain. I might increase weight again this weekend, I feel i am making good strides with the knee!
