Money, rest, health, work & time

Have you ever been stressed out from working really hard, and you begin to see symptoms from this stress? Maybe chest pain, headaches, dizziness, sheer exhaustion and all that? And you begin to feel really guilty for taking a break?

This has been me lately. Yesterday night I was so exhausted that I could barely move, I decided to rest a little and I didn't even remember sleeping off. I couldn't meet the deadline, I wanted to, I already worked really hard to meet it, but I couldn't but on the flip side, I got the needed rest that I should get: a 7 hours sleep.

Before what night, I'd been sleeping 3 to 4 hours daily and even though I know that it wasn't enough, I didn't have a choice and the circumstances that caused that was something I couldn't control.

Rest & Work

Rest is something we cannot trade, it just comes and we cannot replace it with something else, some people work too hard with getting the needed results but tht body does not understand success, it understands only that you need to take care of it, it doesn't consider whether you need to pay rent or not or whether you've failed in your business.

Your body does not have a mind of its own. Your mind understands your struggles, the problems you have and why you need to take care of them ASAP, but it doesn't take this into consideration and go like "okay, because you need more money, I'll spare you the time, and you can work as you please without having to sleep"

Health & time

The human system is too fragile for the problems we put it through. Humanity have created systems that makes sure the poor will work harder than they earn, making it possible for them to develop health issues that is caused by chronic stress.

The rich is developing systems that lets them go on holiday and party, so that they can continue to make enough money at the expense of the poor. This is why when people say that "the sky is big enough for everyone to fly"

I laugh a lot because while the sky is truly big enough for every human, if people can actually build houses in the air without gravitational forces pulling it down, the rich will still dominate that, making it very difficult for people to actually have enough.

Rest

This is why the world is wired this way. You have to literally work so hard, and sometimes you'll work for nothing and your efforts will be wasted. The efforts and the exertions you need to put into endeavors will require you to actually take some rests so that your body can recover, but this is where the problem comes in.

A lot of people in this world do not have enough time to work and rest, and sometimes this is mostly because what they're paying for is more than they actually make as income, and sometimes they need to put in extra hours to cover up for this.

But, a lot of people do not actually earn for every time they put in into other endeavors in life.. if people are actually paid for how many hours they work, I think care givers and people who work 3 jobs are supposed to be the richest woman in the world, buy unfortunately this isn't even how the world works.

Money

There is a system that works in life, and this is called the system of compounding. There's a stage you need to get to that doesn't require you to work so hard anymore, but sometimes you might need to become top 5% of world's population to even get to this level.

Will you get there? Maybe, or maybe not. Truth is. We cannot tell for sure, but definitely you'll need to get to this level to work less and earn more.

If you still don't realize it, reality has some of the harshest phenomenons ever, and we're part of the reasons why life is this way, at least some certain persons made it so. If you're out there, working too hard and earning quite little, make sure you take your rest, you're nothing without your good health.

With my life experience, I can bet that mind and body are completely separated, and they work in a different way... I was so fresh so many times at the end of a day of work mork, to build more ideas, but my body would fail... And that's the biggest trap... Whenever my mind would take over, my body would collapse, and in the end, I would get sick... Working hard, yes; working smarter, even bigger yes... But taking care of your body is a must... I should repeat that to myself as many times as possible, as I fail over and over again...

Yes, the body and mind are two separate things, unfortunately the mind doesn't have a body that can work the way it imagines things and fantasizes. The body on the other hand fails when it wants to fail, and no matter how strong one's mind is, it basically cannot do anything except it's fit enough to carry the mind, so I think this is what makes the mind limited: it still needs the body to function and execute.

If we cannot actually take care of our body then there's nothing as can achieve, no matter how super imaginative we can be.

I wish you a speedy recovery Sir, and thanks for the curation

We have created a world that is a nightmare in a lot of ways. Money is essential to survival yet the system is gamed against those who aren't rich. And the harder and longer you work the less rest you get and it takes a toll on your health. It's hard to find a balance that really works, especially when you have health issues.

Life is unfair, that's the first lesson of life. I guess the earlier you accept it the easier it is to live. Some never do and keep fighting against the reality, but you can't win...

Keep the spirits up, hopefully crypto will give us the boost we all need in the near future.

Work, money, work, money... Let’s not forget about ourselves and our families. Family, children—that is the greatest joy. Work must never be more important than oneself and one's family.

Even family needs money to take care of them, without that work, then having a great marriage or family is virtually impossible

It's tough to balance work and rest. Especially with how far money can go for a normal person, and it just feels like everything is starting to get tighter on the finances as well. I don't think you can get your health back if you ruin it so I would prioritize it a bit more. Money is still important though.

Yeah, you just can't earn enough to live as great as you want. I think a lot of people cannot. The system will make you give too much of your time, and even when you do, there's still a lot you may need to pay for, and you'll need to give more of your time always.
