Looking forward to SPUD! I think it's a great way to unite together & fully support Steem. :) I got my Steem ready ;)

Congratulations again to @mytechtrail for the Spotlight. Great interview & great guy! Also I need to look into getting the book @theycallmedan wrote as well. That looks awesome.

Oh and I will send you my 60 degree weather to you guys. ;) I can't imagine the cold weather you deal with. No thanks lol.

I'm just so happy to be warm! No excuse though :-(

If I had to live up there, I think there is a high chance that I would literally die! I start whining like a baby when it gets below 60. Below 40 and I'm housebound!

Thanks @jongolson I had this idea in my head for a while before actually saying anything. I just wasn't sure how the community was going to react, maybe I too just wasn't ready, or was too worried about rejection.
But then came along the @partiko app, and somehow it just motivated me to post more often more consistently, and as I grew with more connected with the community I let go of that worry.
I am so glad that I did because from the looks of it, many people took to the idea and so here we are, May 1 st, 2019, the first official #SPUD day! and many Steemians are supporting, humbling and inspiring!!

SPUD is a great idea to get people more involved into STEEM... I have to admit that I am not powering up a lot, but I am investing all my earned SBD and STEEM back through promotions, SBI units, etc... That is almost the same thing.. :) But picking up one day for SPUD is a great reminder about the power of SP!

Other thing.. Why don't you guys both get into Steem Tank together at Thursday? I mean Rich and you Jon? You will be stronger as a team :)
