Before joining Hive, I had been blogging on a crypto-based platform already, so this world is not new to me. Hive was introduced to me by someone from that group (AHH I FORGOT WHO SHE WAS😩), and then I hopped to HivePH Discord for the first time.

At first, I was confused about how Hive works. One of the challenges during the first months was building my account. It was not easy! But as I spent more time in Hive, I learned bit by bit. And of course, with the help of HivePH onboarding and people I made friends with! 😀

But the truth is, I only go to cafes when I am meeting someone or need a place to wait. It’s expensive to eat out these days!
Our economy is so bad right now that spending $3 per cup of coffee will send me to bankruptcy 😆 just kidding!
As I mentioned above, I came from a blogging platform, but what was lacking was a community. Here on Hive, I found amazing communities that I can relate to, especially the art community. Other than that, I was inspired to grow more hobbies like cooking and reviewing food.

Sadly, Splinterlands suddenly stopped posting weekly contests without an official announcement (or I just missed it). Still, I am hoping it will return. I know Hive is not doing well now, and I understand that there are great changes as to where the community should focus.

Four years is definitely not my final chapter here. Every year has added another page to my book. I am happy with how my account has grown and how much I have improved in drawing and writing. 😁 I'm lowkey proud of myself! 😆 Grateful for the opportunities here, like commissions and recognitions from the communities. Lastly, the friendships that I found here, and I know that connection is beyond these walls. I thank you all.

Happy Hive Birthday Jiiiiii, the start here is really challenging no, but now, here u are, already 4 years in this platform. Hope Hive continue to exist for another hundred years uwu. And gosh, with the number of pieces u made here pwede kana mag exhibit! What if Hive has that feature "Art Exhibit" where some can donate or maybe support the exhibit and you'll make a presentation just for these pieces? Interesting right? Omg. Haha. Just a thought.
