(Edited)

Hi everyone,

I am looking for everyone's brain working with me.

THE CASE:

->Using any blockchain to host a massive database of personal and private information for millions of users.

HOW IT MUST WORK:

-> User as acess to a kind of wallet in this database that contains different informations about himself.
-> User can generate temporary keys for other users to acess his information on the database.
-> User can generate temporary keys for other users to change information on the database.

This is the first part.

Based on your answers I will go on to the second one.

Please reesteemit and share it. I really need your help

What you are looking for is a combination of self-sovereign identity with decentralized file storage. The closest project I can envision to what you describe is Enigma, as they will eventually allow you to manage identities to access certain data at scale. However their project is in the early stages. It may be worth reaching out to them.
