What is our fate in the next 10 years?

This has become an issue of a particular concern to most people including me.
If my answer to that question is “YES” then I must be a great joker because the presence of AI and the level of its advancement in carrying out tasks is overwhelming.
We can't just help but agree to the efficacy and the power of that bot in delivering tasks without error, but in the long run there is something I as human can control and manage which might not be possible with the AI.

I have sat to examine my kind of job and from all observation the work will partially be there in future time. There is this part of the job I believe the AI might not be able to handle which is the human emotions and reactions when those emotions are triggered. In such a case I believe even the AI itself will be in danger if there is such an occurrence.

I have come across so many cases of impatience among customers and a case where the inferior is always oppressed and in such cases the only thing that can come through for such a case is the presence of empathy, that feeling that can only be felt by humans. There are cases when the rich will always want to oppress the poor just because they drove some exotic cars.
Most of these cases might not be well handled by the AI because they are being programmed to respond to certain commands knowing fully well that the human emotions are dynamic in nature.

We dispense gas products to automobiles. I can imagine the work being carried out by some AI, how efficiently they will carry it out with zero stress and well coordinated.

What I think will happen in the next 10 years is a supportive hand from the AI to assist humans and make the work easy to carry out.

Then humans will be there to give command to the AI on what to do so that there won't be any form of malfunction in the system. The humans will also serve as some kind of protecting system to avoid system from been compromised by tech gurus, you all know what I mean by this.

As much as they are agents of good and great work, let's not also forget that they are made by humans and can be destroyed.

So the presence of humans will also be a necessity for close observation and maintenance.
