Walking
Every morning I go for a walk. It has been 5 years since this routine started.
I think while walking. What will happen to me today? Who will I meet? And what are we going to talk about? etc.
I greet people I meet while walking. And then I look at their faces. Some of them are smiling and some are sad. But most people have expressionless faces.
I get comforted by seeing the faces of people smiling and greeting them. So I greet you with a smile. The reason I do this is to make them feel good too. A pleasant day's work has begun.
