Probably my last power up for a while
Referencing blocktrades when he said Hive can't cut spend: I feel desinfranchised by HIVE, precisely because they refuse to cut spending. Big spenders keep getting financed by inflation. Inflation is 3x higher than it was supposed to be. We are about to hit yet another all time low. Key figures refuse to acknowledge and take measures according to the direness of the situation. Some large witnesses and big hodlers keep believing it is all good because it is just part of the bear market.
The community is passive. Except a dozen or so people most want to believe all will be fine. All will not be fine and we are facing existential risks.
I have been buying and powering up slowly for the past few months but HIVE looks horrible right now, so one must be stupid to buy HIVE, I have been stupid for buying but my stupidity has limits. I am making this last power up and then watching as this ship keeps syncing while the helmsman keep denying it.
I still want to believe, I have no reason to but I want to.

When you say spending you are referring to DAO funding? If yes, I totally agree but if not I would still agree as Hive needs to stop giving away value and getting almost nothing in return.
Mostly the DHF but also in the past for way too long we have had a too high HBD interest rate and that is also spending, it was reckless.
