Leadership.

One of the salient and indispensable attribute of any organization(be it public or private), family, village or hamlet, town and country is efficacious and visionary leadership. Before delving into the issue of leadership,it is pertinent to attempt an operational definition of Leadership.In my trammelled knowledge, leadership denotes the process of directing,guiding, coordinating and channelling the limited resources- human and material resources towards achieving pre-announced goals and objectives of the organization as.
Effectual leadership also involves the process of serving; rendering accountable stewardship , being visionary and also have an ethical Civic culture to practice effective cross-cultural communication skills by so doing encourage strategic thinking, innovative and action.

The society today I've been vindicated because of bad leadership's. A Bad leader is someone who is so indecisive ,he lack the ability to decide, being corny, self centered and always taken credit for himself.
An organisation who doesn't have leadership as failed. leadership is the 4runner and a success Factor in any organisation be it community,name it ,you will always need to focus on developing others ,you must follow the ethics and civil practice, you need to be a problem solver and motivate your follower and give proper encouragement when needed, you listen to your followers contributions and believe to be legitimate but can then do your personal research, and always be strategic . do not feels your followers are complainers.

Leadership is what harnesses the efforts of your followers towards their goal and to achieve any given task in success.
It is also more or less practicing genuinely and being self inspiring which others may learn and leave an exemplary lifestyle in the society or any given organisation that others will emulate.
I will end by saying that leadership effect our lives, there's a saying that goes, what you listen to and the environment lives influences man well being, it logical, everything depends on leadership. A proper coordinated manner of doing things.
Good leadership is the bedrock of good and successful organization be government, business etc.
